The customer will provide suitable roadways or access roads permitting access by Xtreme Services LLC trucks to the point of delivery or pickup.


Credit will not be given when we are unable to make a delivery or pickup because of inaccessible roadways.


If the customer orders delivery or pickup to be made beyond the curb line or off the main roadway, the customer agrees to assume all liability for damages to sidewalks, driveways and other property caused by the operator truck in making of such deliveries and pickup.


The customer agrees to assume all responsibility for cleaning and removing mud as well as all debris tracked from the job site onto neighboring streets.


There are no automatic pickups. The customer must call in to have the dumpster picked up (additional fees may apply if the contract is past rental period).

Guidelines Required by Law

  • No paint cans
  • No tires
  • No refrigerants
  • No hazardous materials
  • No filling above the rail
  • All dumpsters must be tarped (by our driver)
